Disclaimer/Contact Us
GE hasn't returned much in recent years; in fact, GE stock has severely declined in value. However, General Electric Company (GE) is a good example of how a very big company can continue to earn very good long term results.  A $5,000 investment in 1975 in GE would be worth well over $400,000 at the end of 2010.  However, time will tell if the next 30 years will be as kind to long term investors as the previous 30 years has been.
